Mi-Hy, presented by Dibyojyoty Nath, integrates bioelectrical systems (BES) with hydroponics to utilize CO2 via microbial reactions, reclaim nitrogen from wastewater, and optimize sustainable urban agriculture.
CONFETI, presented by Susana Liebana, focuses on electrochemical and photochemical conversion of CO2 and Nitrogen based compounds directly from air, flue gases or agricultural wastewater using renewable energy, paving the way for greener industrial processes.
ACORN, presented by Ezgi Öğün Ramalhete, develops sustainable business models by finding synergies between CDNMVP projects to adopt bio-based carbon and nitrogen products into the market while addressing challenges posed by traditional high-energy industrial methods.
